Thanks to the kind support of many, in 2024, we were able to increase our nature programming to several additional groups, bringing the benefits of nature to more of the underserved!
In 2024, we created 28 outdoor nature programs for those in need and successfully completed 3 new pilot programs: Pinecrest Community Center, Westchester Land Trust, and JCC Shames Widows Connection Group.
Our groups enjoyed hiking, naturalist led walks, hayrides, farming, and more, at a variety of venues. We visited Rockefeller State Park, Muscoot Farm, Westmoreland Sanctuary, Sugar Hill Farm, Birney Park, New Canaan Nature Center, as well as our home base, D.I.G.Farm.
in 2025 we hope to add more new groups from our waiting list, and provide 48 access nature project programs to our clients. With your continued support, we can accomplish our goals.
we are ready, willing, and able, but need your support for success!
