We Keep Cultivating Opportunities in Villa Albertina-Argentina
In June, we returned to Escuela Didascalio, located in the heart of Villa Albertina, in the district of Lomas de Zamora. We were welcomed by a vibrant and committed school community, and we witnessed first-hand the remarkable progress in the school garden project we are building together.
During our visit, we walked through the space and enthusiastically confirmed the incredible work carried out by students and teachers:
They cleared and prepared the soil with dedication.
They enriched the land using high-quality compost produced right at the school.
We began to design the area where fruit trees will soon be planted.
Together, we selected the species that will bring nourishment, shade, and biodiversity.
Thanks to this collective effort, the soil is now ready to bring new life. This winter, we aim to add fruit trees that will not only complement the school garden, but also strengthen environmental education through hands-on experience.
To make it happen, we need your support.
Every contribution helps transform this space into a source of learning, health, and opportunity for the children who need it most.
Thank you for being part of this network that is transforming education through land, care, and collective effort.
