A new subscription, after a new tragedy. Following last week's floods that have struck Marche region, the Foundation is committed to help reconstruct the areas that have been severely damaged by the waters. Specchio has already done some first site inspections to understand the type of intervention that is needed. To the pain for the many, too many deaths, there were in fact very heavy damages in some municipalities already appear to be huge at a very first evaluation.
On the 15th of October a major flooding has struct in Marche Region (center of Italy) bringing a lot municipalities to its knees. Many structures of numerous cities have been destroyed, businesses swiped away.
Specchio dei tempi has opened a subscription to raise money to help the community and business after this tremendous event. We have already identified different areas of intervention in numerous little cities. The number of interventions will be determined by the result of the fundraising. Specchio has made available 10,000 euros, but there's a a lot to be done.
Our goal is not only to reconstruct but to help these cities to get back on their feet by giving theme the structures necessary to get back to their social and community life, help the businesses and make sure that they have the means for their economy to run smoothly.
