The project address food insecurity and livelihood in karamoja Uganda (Abim and Kotido). Through donor support will distribute agriculture inputs to 1000 beneficiaries 500 kotido and 500 Abim districts which are in a crisis of food shortage due to food insecurity, flooding, drought and farming practice in this community are very poor resulting into problem of food insecurity, poverty and environmental degradation. PERDL to provide technical guidance, training & agriculture inputs as a solution.

Remote and disaggregated production, which lacks volume and market access as well as lack of knowledge, technology, there's hunger, malnutrition, low crop yields, inadequate food storage, poor sanitation and related animal security instability.
By providing agriculture inputs to the host community including people with disabilities and those living with HIV/AIDS. Women headed households, gender based violence in the host districts and implementing technical guidance/ training to vulnerable community including post distribution monitoring (PDM) and registration. PERDL is determined to provide long term solutions to poverty & hunger in rural communities of Karamoja Uganda. Our Solutions will bridge the gap between Fertilizers and Food
To explore strategies that can be employed to improve food security for household incomes in Karamoja The organization will work with this community by empowering the people especially the women and youth with skilling activities. Our operation is targeted on feeding programs, distribution of seeds & tools with rehabilitation and longer term development which aims to build the capacity of the this community to enable them to take responsibility for their own development needs.
