During this reporting period, ODOV project staff organized five meetings with the target households to reflect the changes in attitude and behaviors in regarding to gender roles (productive roles, reproductive roles, income roles, community roles) and peace-building (10 fundamental to peaceful family, and reasons to loss peace). The participants expressed that these learning knowledge are very useful for their families to apply them in the daily's life. During the meetings, some of the participants reported that their husbands had changed their behaviors after they gained knowledge on gender and peace. Their husbands helped them with household chores such as laundry, cooking, looking after the children or bring the children to school. In addition, ODOV continued to provide follow-up field visits for coaching and mentoring to the target households, and 50 target households (32 women) benefited from the staff's extension. They received success in vegetable cultivation and poultry raising. These households have accessed to nutritious food for their household's consumption and earn extra income from selling the surplus food from their own produced.
