A few months ago, Dr. Andreea was on her way to work in Bucharest and came upon an infant puppy. This puppy was suffering from severe malnutrition and dehydration. Dr. Andreea named her Snowflake.
Snowflake was also blind, having been abandoned on the streets. Only with the help of funds from good people could we take on the task of helping this poor puppy. Snowflake needed to eat several times a day to gain strength and hopefully eyesight.
After a month and a half, Snowflake started to see! Please see the photos below of her progression from starvation to health, adoption and happiness.
There are many animal just like Snowflake that need your help.
Yesterday our vets were returning to Bucharest after a spayathon in Tecuci. They saw a mama dog and her puppies abandoned on the side of the highway and stopped to help and rescue them from this horrible danger. We have posted the video of Ranna and her puppies. They are now in a quarantine foster care facility and we need funds to help pay for their food and vet care so that they will be healthy and we can get them into homes.
With your help, so many animals will not suffer.
Thank you for donating to food for Romanian animals!
