Our ambassador Sara recently visited Zahid Barucija Elementary School in Vogošca on behalf of Charity Bosnian Kids. Her visit was an incredible experience and provided valuable insight into the school’s situation.
Sara spoke with the school principal about the challenges the school is facing, particularly the severe overcrowding, with 750 students in a space designed for just 350. During their conversation, they discussed the crucial role of the daily lunches we provide for the children. Proper nutrition is essential for their ability to learn and grow. When kids are well-fed, they are healthier, more focused, and ready to tackle their education. It’s amazing to see the positive impact that a nutritious lunch can have on their lives, helping them stay engaged and succeed academically.
Our goal at Charity Bosnian Kids is to ensure that every child at Zahid Barucija and other schools in Bosnia has access to these daily lunches.
Please consider donating and sharing this message. Every contribution helps. Together, we can support these children.
