Dear Friend,

Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our project providing food, emergency and education support for poor girls. We are happy to inform you that we continue to provide for vulnerable and very poor girls thanks a lot for your support as well as for local supporters we have. This reporting period we are producing seed pieces of vegetables, condiments and root crops for distribution later on to girls we are supporting and their families. We realize that seeds and seed pieces so that poor families can start their own farm-based livelihoods are very expensive and we need to produce them on our own in order to be sustainable and in order to provide for the livelihood needs of our beneficiaries. There is no other way but this one and once again thank you very much for your generous support.

Very sincerely yours,

Cora Sayre

Dear Friend,

Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing food, education and emergency support for girls. This reporting period we focus our assistance to girls who are going to school but have the danger of quitting because of poverty and lack of resources. We provide them directly with funds so that they are able to pay school fees, transportation, supplies and related expenses. We need a lot of help in order to continue this important initiative as we feel strongly that education is one of the ways wherein girls are able to improve their economic situation in the community. Problems in the villages have been compounded with climate change and poor agriculture production so our help is very important. Hoping for your continuing assistance to us. Thank you very much.

Very sincerely yours,

Cora Sayre

Dear Friend,

Warmest greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing food, education and emergency support for girls. This time of year is graduation time and there are a lot of girls who are not able to complete their studies and are not able to go to higher grade because of the lack of money in order to pay for school fees. Thus, during this reporting period we seek-out exemplary girls whom we are sure will be able to excel in their studies but for reason of poverty might not be able to. We were able to provide funds in order for 25 girls to pay for their final school fees and go on with their studies when schools open again. We will do this on a regular basis and hoping for your continuing support. Thank you so much.

Very sincerely yours,

Cora Sayre

Supporting young mothers
Supporting young mothers

Dear Friends,

Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing food, education and emergency support for girls. We are focusing our effort at present to poor families affected by the recent Super Typhoon Rai and we intend to provide recovery activities for at least 3 years in 3 badly affected villages. We are bringing in our expertise and resources on the provision of water and sanitation as well as food security. During this reporting period we support young mothers with small-scale livelihoods focusing on farming activities. We are providing vegetable seeds, gardening equipment and organic fertilizer to 300 gardeners with priority on young mothers. Hoping for your continuing support. Thank you very much.

Very sincerely yours,

Cora Sayre

Providing emergency support
Providing emergency support

Dear Friend,

Greetings and thank you very much for your continuing and generous support to the initiative food, education and emergency assistance to girls. We are at the center of climate change and local villages are very vulnerable. For example, we have several weather disturbances lining-up in the Pacific Ocean and this will affect us adversely. At any rate thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative as we continue to assist vulnerable women and girls. Thanks to our volunteers we are able to continue on with project implementation despite hindrances. This reporting period, we focus our assistance to emergency aid by providing small farm inputs like vegetable seeds, small farm animals and tools. We were able to provide 120 girls and their families with this type of assistance during this time. Hoping for your continuing help. Thank you very much.

Very sincerely yours,

Cora
