From September 14 to 18 2025, Network for Human and Social Development conducted food ration package distributions and medicine distribution in Jallalabad, Shujabad Multan. The community has sufferred significantly because of the impact of the flood - the water has not receeded and there are no avenues in the canals or the farmlands for the water to receed, as a result of which the majority of the population is stuck on the rooves of their houses and have to survive there because they cannot be reached without boats. Local boats which are responsible for transporting the people to the main thoroughfares, are renting these services. NHSD approached and conducted the medicine distribution and food ration package distribution to these persons.
