At the end of September, we met to celebrate our second anniversary of Casa de Luz, which reminds us of the arrival of the first girl we welcomed and accompanied in our hospice, the first in Chile and South America.
The celebration was extremely emotional, since, in addition to the tworking eam, both families who lived some time ago in our house and with whom we maintain a bond until today, as well as others who arrived recently and who, nevertheless, wanted to give moving words of gratitude, participated in it.
“Casa de Luz is a dream come true. In this month that we have been here,we have been able to enjoy our daughter with a tranquility that perhaps we have never had before... We have been able to enjoy her smile and her achievements. Here I am fulfilling the role of mother that she had lost, also respecting her time...”, sharred one of our new mothers on that important day for us.
