The good news are we are completing the possible list of beneficiaries for our next women entrepreneur cohort.  For some external banking  limits and new requirements funds donated have not been received already, but this issue has not stopped nor will stop our motivation to benefit more women  with our preparation for work contents.

We are moving to the western coast of our country through reaching an agreement with the Adult Education area of the Zulia State's Government, being Maracaibo, its main and state's capital city and the countrie's largest second one the area, the region where we plan to reach and prepare our next cohort.

Meanwhile, we expect to solve the reception process for the mentioned funds, which have been accumulated since November 2021. Nonetheless, although not received, we have not stopped our operation and completed the preparation of several cohorts to this moment counting on the amount to be received before year end.

Up to date We feel very proud of the results, women are inspired while they are watching their dreams come true and we feel the sense of achievement that identifies our mission.  Many thanks to the donors who have believed in the power of education to make people achieve their major purposes. We need you to have the feeling of completion your donations have provided to the dozens of women who have make their projects happened . Please share the good news with your acquaintances and invite them to support  this and other causes that are waiting for your help to become a  fact.

Always thankful,

As promised in our last report dated Februeary 9, we have completed the necessary steps to begin with our new cohort of Women Entrepreneur counting with the generous donations received for this project along a 6 months period.

Our beneficiaries are located in the western are of the Zulia State, where a Goajira population attend to a series of activities developed by Cendisol to elevate the quality of life of a 2,000 people population mainly integrated by women,  children and youngters.  We have know of these and reached them through our relation with the Voluntary Dividend for the Community, second level organization that represents United Way International in Venezuela. They have conducted several feeding projects to maintain the level of health and nutrition of these beneficiaries but there is a Noon sister who leads the population to take advantage of every initiative offered.  In our case, we have maintained conversations with Sister Marta Escobar, who has supported us in identifying women beneficiaries to attend our socio education programs to teach or improve their basic  Entrepreneurial knowledge in order to make them productive individuals and consequently add value to their performance as households providing for their families, while these education contents aimed to enhance their abilities and preparation for work not only to begin or improve their economic initiatives, but also to strengthen them as employers for many women population who needs to be included in the economic system.

June and July have been considered as per our planning schedule as the period for the main program workshops implementation, which contains 12 modules and practices. We hope to be able to present our results in our next report, but are sure this prolongued preparation will conduct to obtain great results within this population.

Thanks to the generous donations received from individuals, Corporate Employees of highly recognized companies and the confidence and persistance of our anonymous donors we are now allowed to pursuing the goals embedded in our project.  Please feel free to communicate these good news to your friends, families and colleagues. You have made this possible and there is a main reason to celebrate it. You have added value to the world and your lives being trascendental to the life and well being of humanity.

Deeply grateful,

For over a quarter, we have expected to solve financial restrictions within local and foreign banks derived from sanctions applied to the Venezuelan Government by the US Administration. Such situation has impeded to receive donations already given to GlobalGiving from our generous donors for our project to advance. With that in mind, along the last few years we've accomplished various programs as committed, focused on inspiring, motivating and preparing with personal soft skills and financial contents an important number of beneficiaries who have initiated personal businesses and kept these over the time.

However, considering we need to support operations, some processes require investment, beginning by our personnel structure. Nonetheless, as we do not want to reduce the operation, we have found a way to continue, based on the power of the internet and education platforms developed by our global organization and adapted for every geography. During and after the worst moment the Covid 19 Pandemic has presented several variations and it's been changing or surprising us consequently, while we have been exposed and learnt interesting contents, all renewed, which will now be used to reach a new cohort of rural women in the months to come. Such group of women are part of a Wayuu community at Las Marites, a town of the Venezuelan Goajira area called located beside a natural lake in Zulia, a Venezuelan western State.

We have already established contacts with a noon who commands and is the engine of a variety of initiatives to improve the quality of life of a very poor indigeneouscommunity, She has provided them with tools and artisan knowledgeg to build small businesses and the promise of continuing their education with our financial and entreprenurial content has been welcome while it has opened new opportunities for them to continue strenthening their preparation to initiate sucessful businesses.

Our plan contemplates to initiate these remote classes fro March on, trying to begin the plan during the celebration of Women's Day .

It is very important to highlight that our job had not been possible without support and trust on our objectives  provided by our donors, being imperative for them to know that their funds will be invested properly to expand our impact on the most needed communities as these rural indigenous tribes are. Without their wise investment for the lesser benefited our work couCivud 18ld not simply been possible.

Thanking all you inadvance, we are sure our next report will show the impact while this new cohort go forward to reach their "Entrepreneur Women" well deserved certificate.

The project we have managed for four years has continued to be taugh to several women groups using the most innovative ways for deployment.

In our last report we have posted a success story reaching more women than expected while the few remaining funds were used to implement new designed contents tfor these to be posted through what's app using forochats. We have counted on the innovative thinking of a group of University graduates volunteering and concentrated to reach our common purpose.

Although new funds have not been received until now afer several months we are waiting for it to happen and are hopeful for new donations to provide opportunities to the wide sepectrum of women waiting for guidance to initiate their own entrepreneurial project.

As this happens we continue to add interesting contents to enhance the present ones and still keep the highest expectations on continuing to provide women in scarcity with the ignition to turn on their lives counting with equal opportunities as men have and they deserve.

We are sure of GlobalGiving and its donors to be sensitive to women in poverty, mostly after the strongest pandemic period they have gone through.

As we believe in the goodwill of the human beings, we are confident of your generosity and hopeful on your continuous support.

After a quarter of preparation we were enabled to complete our promise, our commitment to the donors who believed in our purpose and have generously donated for us to achieve results.

As we informed in the last report, the new digital ways have helped us to improve the numbers at reaching our population of low income women who counted on knowledge or abilities for these to be developed  and strengthen to create their own business. These digital social media have provided us with major opportunities to deploy our contents and follow these actions with continous guidance for our beneficiaries. A final of 75 women who integrated the last cohort completed the online classes divided into 12 sessions in which contents including soft skills, communications abilities, credit, debit, cost structrure, even point, sales propositions, personnel selection, business model and business proposals for financial support were taught through what's app forum-chats by 26 university volunteers counting on Economics, Mass Communications, social workers and Administrators. An initial recruitment process was addressed to a total of 120 women in need, but just 75 of them could complete the course due to lack of an smart phone, possibililty to pay for a cybercafe or lack of a laptop.  However, reaching more than 50% of the contacted women is a great number during these times of pandemic with constant lack of resources.

To complete this report we are attaching an image of a teacher who desperately required business skills to develop her own pastry business. At the beginning she's declared to be losing money with her cakes and pastries, now she's pointed out to have registered her "company", and being promoting and delivering services through the instagram.

It is important to let you all know  that in Venezuela the basic salary is US$ 3, not enough to buy a dozen of eggs. There is no difference for our teachers, who are starving, while the education system is simply falling down due to their massive exodus looking forward for better jobs as a way to feed their families.  We have focused our last classes in searching these teachers to expand our offer for them to gain entrepreneurship abilities as a way to allow them to remain in their homes and country.

We sincerely elevate our enormeous gratitude to the few donors who have consistently support our cause to make our projects happen. Thanks with capital letters. We continue to answer and be responsive with our initial proposal. Spread the word to your friends and families for them to iunderstand that a little help to your friends can create development and happiness to many familes all over the world.

Thanks GLOBAL GIVING fro making this action possible.
