We are happy to announce that a new cohort of low income women has been prepared allowoing them to cope with every challenge ahead.

A total of 12 women have taken the program and found the way to develop and present their business ideas, for them to obtain continuous income to sustain their lives and the ones of their colleagues.  Ages went from 12 to 60, most of them displayed Pastries and cakes cooking abilities, sa well as teaching, cleaning or sales capacities that had not been explored yet.  

They attended a total of seven 3 hours sessions and finally presented a product or service derived from their ideas  after the learning provided along these lessons.

We have listened to their product and services presentations as well as proven their recipes . The date to celebrate success will be the first week of December at an Entrepreneur exhibit that will be organized by one sponsor to show the materials produced by 4 diffeeent cohorts we have taught

We are many motives to thank God and feel happy. For a long time we had been waiting for new funds to continue our impact on  the lower benefited communities. However, our work had not stopped. Many women wanted to participate so we had asked them to wait for the nearest possible opportunity trying to keeping them near to us. Meanchile, a remote and difficult to reach facility was found, and the Pastor of such place had helped to clean it up and prepared it for the classes that began this last wednesday. We reached the place and were surprised for more than the expected ladies arriving to attend our classes, they were all full of expectations and hope.

My journey with them It was marvellous. Among the ladies a young man who wanted to participate shown up, so we accepted him, pushed him to feel ok because the impact we pretend to reach was going to be duplicated, considering he was the husband pushing his young wife to participate and succeed. I personally felt a sense of achievement. At the end, another very young lady came and asked me if she was able to participate (she was 14).. After I'd welcome her, 10 minutes later, she brought another youngster. So our group of 18 will be 22 the next class.  All these young women benefited by the entreprenurial education program provided are possible thanks to your support.  Along the last period some donors have answered responsively to our claim of not counting with more funds to continue and the program was waiting for these. Just two weeks ago we were informed the funds have been sent. And although we still are waiting, we are full of hope and happy to receive the news.

With funds to be received we will continue to serve more young women who will be prepared for a better future after reaching self sustainability. We need to deeply thank all those donors who do not provide their name. All those anonymous gentle people who do good without asking for reward. We will satisfy their expectations and many women will be benefited changed the quelity of their lives thank to them.

Please be aware pof the next report where one of the ladies who have completed her preparation had been benefited by your support. You must feel proud for having change her life enabling her for a better future.

One month has just left of this challenging 2023. Although we are prepared for continuing with the education project to empower women for success, no funds have been received lately to support these initiatives after a while.

Nonetheless, we remain full of hope to continue positively impacting new beneficiaries so  we have contacted diverse local municipalities in order to attract women to enroll in our programs looking forward to empower them to make their dreams and goals feasible based in providing financial and entreprenurial knowledge and implementation tools to put their projects into action.

Many thanks to our donors who have allowed with their financial support to take this program to a higher level, accomplishing good results We look forward to continue developing interesting contents improving our trainings to providing our beneficiaries with the needed knowledge to reach a better quality of life.

The good news are we are completing the possible list of beneficiaries for our next women entrepreneur cohort.  For some external banking  limits and new requirements funds donated have not been received already, but this issue has not stopped nor will stop our motivation to benefit more women  with our preparation for work contents.

We are moving to the western coast of our country through reaching an agreement with the Adult Education area of the Zulia State's Government, being Maracaibo, its main and state's capital city and the countrie's largest second one the area, the region where we plan to reach and prepare our next cohort.

Meanwhile, we expect to solve the reception process for the mentioned funds, which have been accumulated since November 2021. Nonetheless, although not received, we have not stopped our operation and completed the preparation of several cohorts to this moment counting on the amount to be received before year end.

Up to date We feel very proud of the results, women are inspired while they are watching their dreams come true and we feel the sense of achievement that identifies our mission.  Many thanks to the donors who have believed in the power of education to make people achieve their major purposes. We need you to have the feeling of completion your donations have provided to the dozens of women who have make their projects happened . As promised in our last report dated Februeary 9, we have completed the necessary steps to begin with our new cohort of Women Entrepreneur counting with the generous donations received for this project along a 6 months period.

Our beneficiaries are located in the western are of the Zulia State, where a Goajira population attend to a series of activities developed by Cendisol to elevate the quality of life of a 2,000 people population mainly integrated by women,  children and youngters.  We have know of these and reached them through our relation with the Voluntary Dividend for the Community, second level organization that represents United Way International in Venezuela. They have conducted several feeding projects to maintain the level of health and nutrition of these beneficiaries but there is a Noon sister who leads the population to take advantage of every initiative offered.  In our case, we have maintained conversations with Sister Marta Escobar, who has supported us in identifying women beneficiaries to attend our socio education programs to teach or improve their basic  Entrepreneurial knowledge in order to make them productive individuals and consequently add value to their performance as households providing for their families, while these education contents aimed to enhance their abilities and preparation for work not only to begin or improve their economic initiatives, but also to strengthen them as employers for many women population who needs to be included in the economic system.

June and July have been considered as per our planning schedule as the period for the main program workshops implementation, which contains 12 modules and practices. We hope to be able to present our results in our next report, but are sure this prolongued preparation will conduct to obtain great results within this population.

Thanks to the generous donations received from individuals, Corporate Employees of highly recognized companies and the confidence and persistance of our anonymous donors we are now allowed to pursuing the goals embedded in our project.  Please feel free to communicate these good news to your friends, families and colleagues.
