Dear friends of KITO,
We are pleased to share the latest updates on our project across the elementary schools of Lantuyang and Adong.
We are also excited to announce that two more elementary schools, Casillion and Tabucala, have joined the initiative!
Following the summer break, activities have fully resumed across all four schools, allowing us to continue our mission to combat malnutrition among 380 young students.
School attendance, academic performance and overall student wellbeing are significantly improving thanks to the daily provision of healthy, balanced meals and essential supplies. Furthermore, the active engagement of families is fostering an increasingly strong connection between schools and the local communities.
This effort goes hand in hand with our Bakery project, which provides fresh bread and baked goods for both the children and their villages. Through this initiative, women from the Baclayan Food Security Association (BFSA) participate in training courses and gain valuable work opportunities, paving the way toward their economic indipendence.
Together, we are truly making a difference.
Thank you for your continued trust and support!
Warm regards,
