*In the past three months, we received through GlobalGiving an additional $490.7 to meet the immense needs of the people most affected.*
The project was implemented in the rural communities in Southeast and south west. The direct beneficiaries are the youths, women vulnerable and malnourished children and rural communities. With the limited money at hand, we managed to reach few individuals and groups. Sam Onyemaechi Humanitarian foundation weren't able to do more as we expected.

Grand total= $585
People especially farmers in the Southeast are faced with challenges today . These are as a result of;
1) Small and fragmented lands provided to them. 2) Seeds which they get are not of proper quality, which definitely affects the growth. Distribution of seeds is also in poor condition. 3) The average yields of crops are lowest in Southeast due to soil degradation and improper use of manure, fertilizer and herbicides. 4) Poor yield per hectare in all the arable and cash crops; 5) inadequate financing systems; 6) poor industrialisation of raw agricultural products; 7) difficult business operation environment and grossly epileptic power supply.
*Thank you for your generous donation to the "FIGHT HUNGER & FOOD INSECURITY IN SOUTHEAST that supported these efforts. As the crises rages on, insecurity, uncertainty, and humanitarian needs abound. We are committed to providing humanitarian and long-term support to the people in Southeast.* And we will keep you informed about how your donation is impacting the lives of people who are suffering because of this shortage
With deep gratitude,
Samonyemaechi humanitarian
