By Guadalupe Carmona | Coordinadora de Procuracion.

Thanks for help us.
Thanks for help us.

Dear donor of the Food Bank of Puebla, at this time of the year, we’d like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all the support and solidarity you’ve given us to help those who need it most.

As you know, food is the firts and the most important step to change a life person. When you give food, you give energy too and the oppotunity to get a healty life. That´s why we just want tos ay thank you again.

With your support, you’re aiding families going through hunger and malnutrition have food at their tables; we’re talking about abandoned old people, families in extreme poverty and persons with a disability themselves or that live with a family member with one, which makes it impossible for them to leave their homes to get their means of subsistence.

It is with your support that week after week, we can leave the much needed food at the door of every family in our program in the most vulnerable situations.

We would like to share with you that in addition the things we do every month at the Puebla´s Food Bank, rescue an average of 1,400 tons of food on a monthly basis, with which we prepare 12,000 hot meals per month for migrants and homeless people through 8 dinig halls. An important share goes to asylums, orphanages and hospitals, as well as other institutions. However, most of the food goes into 50,000 food package, that we deliver each month, reaching around 150,000 vulnerable persons every week. In addition at that, the last month, november, we had the opportuity to inaugurate the ampliation of the installations, so, in that way, we are going to work hard and help more people. And you help us to make it a reality. We hope that you can share with more people our work, and how if we work together, we can make this world a better place for al all lof us.

Thanks and love for you, from Puebla´s Food Bank Families.

Thanks.
Thanks.
