Across Karamoja, hunger is stealing childhoods and threatening the future of entire communities.
Following prolonged drought, many families have exhausted their food supplies and have nowhere else to turn.
Health facilities are reporting increasing cases of severe acute malnutrition, especially among children under five. Without immediate assistance, many more lives remain at risk.
