PROGRESS REPORT ON EMPOWER WOMEN IN RURAL CAMEROON
By Wirkom Fred Mbiydzenyuy | Project Leader
Dear all,
You are wellcome to another report of this project. It has not been easy in this part of the country as the fighting between the government forces and the separaties continue. There is no peace atall in the Anglohone part of Cameroon where this project is based. Activities are not stable as the war has contiued to displace many peaple and the najority being affected are women losing the husbands and children every day.
However, the project is not in any way at a holt because with the curent crises, the price of Palm oil has terribly skyrockated hence reducing the quantiy that was already being supplied.
This is crucial and a difficult moment for these women. They need extra support and since they have to move at any one time with their children when ever there is fierce fighting or battle around their villages. We have continued to support them through this project by ensuring that the little available Palm oil is helping them despite their ups and downs.
Though this project has not got much support, the women are extending their thanks to those who supported this project in the past.
While thanking in advance those who would likely support this project, accept our best regards.

Dear all,
Here is another report. It has not been easy in this part of the cameroon within the last three months. The anglophone crises has put everything at a stand still. No activities as men, women and children have not been in their homes. Most of the thier time is currently being spent in the forest and in bushes or far off in the hinterlands.
This situation made this project to run into problems as beneficiaries could not take the last disbursed 3 weeks old chickens with them. We afforded to supply them with the last consignment with a predicament to enable them sale during Christmas. Unfortunately everything has been ruined becuase of the crises.
We are praying that things should return to normalcy so that we can revamp the project again from square one if possible without which we have to forget about the project. Any donations now will be aimed at resurrecting the project when peave return.
It is really a sad situation in Kumbo.

Progress Report of Empower Rural Women in Cameroon
By Wirkom Fred | Project leader
Dear beloved ones,
Welcome to read another report of the this small project. I am glad to reporot that this project has continued to help the women and families concerned as beneficiaries. Varous women groups have been powerfully stablized and one of the greatest factor is the Palm oild project which is helping them in a stable manner.
The Cameroon Anglolphone crises have made many men in this part of the country to remain in bushes and this project is now helping too much. Women and children are now on their own and these groups also handle other items like Soap, Salt, Matches etc. The basic essential needs of every housewhole besidie Palm oil which is the principal item are very helpful to these famillies.
We pray that the groups continue to function without any problem so that the project should continue, We promise to keep on increasing the capital with any donation that come our way.
May God contiue to bless the cheerful supporters of this project including those to be.
Thanks.
