Dear all,
You are wellcome to another report of this project. It has not been easy in this part of the country as the fighting between the government forces and the separaties continue. There is no peace atall in the Anglohone part of Cameroon where this project is based. Activities are not stable as the war has contiued to displace many peaple and the najority being affected are women losing the husbands and children every day.
However, the project is not in any way at a holt because with the curent crises, the price of Palm oil has terribly skyrockated hence reducing the quantiy that was already being supplied.
This is crucial and a difficult moment for these women. They need extra support and since they have to move at any one time with their children when ever there is fierce fighting or battle around their villages. We have continued to support them through this project by ensuring that the little available Palm oil is helping them despite their ups and downs.
Though this project has not got much support, the women are extending their thanks to those who supported this project in the past.
While thanking in advance those who would likely support this project, accept our best regards.
