Feed 1500 Households a Month in Ramadan in Ghana

Hello All,

Thank you so much for your strong support and dedication in supporting feeding 1500 households in the month of Ramadan.

There is no doubt about the devastating effect of the COVID-19 pandemic which derailed almost all businesses and set the tone of business backwardness, has greatly affected the poor in the deprived communities.

Many People live below $1 in certain communities as a result of the collapse of their business and most have resorted to selling most of their belongings for survival. Parents have to sell off their wares and take care of their families. This is a rather very disturbing scenario which not be reversed to bring a decent life and dignity to these households. 

Supporting these households with foods in the month of blessings (Ramadan) will not only help to salvage their plight but will them feel secure and a sense of community belongings. 

What we did last Ramadan was amazing and very helpful and need to be replicated each year and each time to help support deprived families and household who cannot afford to feed themselves in the only month of blessing. We were able to reach only 150 households last year and we thank all those who contributed and we pray for Allah's blessings upon them.

With just five months to go for 2021 Ramadan, there is a need to start planning and thinking of how to feed a deprived family afar and get abundant blessings from Allah. We hope to meet our target of 1500 this year to increase the impact and we pray for kind support that will take us that far.
