Even though we were not able to host our Celtic Moon of the Horse event in June or our Mexican Fiesta for Mustangs in August, there are still 106 horses at the ranch with full bellies. From our mustangs to our burros and our miniature mules, and all the horses in between, your generosity helped us make it through the most challenging summer in our seventeen-year history – thank you!
In addition to keeping bellies full, thanks to your generosity we were also able to welcome Todd and Bubba this summer. These handsome boys are both medical retires from the U.S. Border patrol. The local Border Patrol Unit worked hard to find them placements within the Border Patrol family, but during these difficult times homes for unrideable horses with conditions requiring ongoing medical care are scarce. Thanks to your support, Horses of Tir Na Nog exists to provide a forever home for horses just like Todd and Bubba.
We are particularly grateful for your gifts which allowed us to become a GlobalGiving Partner. This partnership has already allowed us to participate in the Little by Little campaign which matched 50% of every donation up to $50. Thank you for making this partnership possible. We look forward to your continued support.
