Nourished and Thriving

By Marilynn Akinyi | Communications Assistant

A Meal full of Love.
A Meal full of Love.

The school feeding programme continues to bring smiles, strength, and steady growth to the students in our education programme. During the growth and monitoring exercise conducted in the final week of the third term, we were delighted to record an improvement of over 75% in the overall health and nutritional wellbeing of the pupils. Many children have shown visible signs of healthy development — brighter faces, increased energy in class, and a renewed enthusiasm for learning.

Our Feeding Programme Manager, Mildred Murai, shared a bright and spirited reflection during the exercise, expressing her joy at seeing the results of our collective effort: “It’s such a wonderful thing to see how much the children have grown — not just in height, but in health and happiness. You can truly see the impact of a good meal shared with love.” Her words perfectly captured the heart of this initiative.

We remain deeply grateful to our donors whose continued support makes all this possible. Every contribution goes a long way in nourishing not only the children’s bodies but also their dreams. As we look forward to the coming term, we invite you to continue partnering with us to sustain and expand this life-changing programme. Together, we can keep the smiles bright and the hearts full.
