EPL initiative (Explore, Play & Learn): EPL is an initiative with the core objective of taking Agastya sessions to the student’s home and providing the same Agastya experience to the students. Promoting the self-learning and self-exploring capacities of students and enables to learn through their house hold materials and daily life situations.

EPL 2.0 Program:  On seeing the wonderful response given by students to EPL 1.0 we tried to extend this program to the next extent and launched EPL 2.0 program. We created whatsapp groups for every standard from each instructor. We designed the module such that we get exactly one week for each chapter. In this we took initiative even for clearing all the doubts of the children, and in order to do so we gave the contact numbers of our I.M.T instructors to the students. We even conducted online exams for the students on every topic in the weekends.

Online Winter Camp: Conducted online winter camp through Google meet. Our program schools and non-program schools’ students joined with us by doing activities like low-cost model making, craftwork, rangoli drawing, design using leaf’s, etc. All students actively participated in winter camp. Totally 276- boys, 365 Girls, and 24 Teachers participated.

YI Program: Conducted YI program activities in the targeted school. Students prepared the light topic low-cost models’ preparation and using leaf made diagrams of animals.

Operation Vasantha Program: Conducted Online winter camp through Google classroom. Activities like low-cost model making, papercraft activities, making designs from seeds, playing old games, singing and dancing, etc. Along with all these online classes, also conducted classes even in our OV centers. Conducted activities like low-cost model making, papercraft activities, making designs from seeds, playing old games, singing, dancing, etc.

Special Resource Person (RP) Sessions: Conducted different RP sessions virtual interaction program with resource person about the different topics. Like “The Junk Food World”, “Home On The Moon”, “The World Of Crocodiles”. In these sessions, students learn more different information and some skills it is a very informative session.

Weekend Rp Session:

a)       Every Saturday Agastya organized RP session with different famous resource persons on various general and lively topics. The topics of RP Session during this month are:

b)      The Junkfood

c)       Home on the Moon

d)      The world of Crocodile

e)      Plastic pollution and remedial measures

f)       Human Anatomy

g)      Lets Rediscover the Missile man of India

h)      Creative Art skill

Vidyagama School Visit:-Mobile Science lab started Vidyagama school visit program to scheduled schools with all the Covid-19 preventive measures and guidelines given by the government. We kept the safety of both children and instructor as the main initiative and started normal demo classes for our scheduled school students. The students also followed all the preventive measures and participated in the classes carefully and actively.

Science Fair: Conducted science fair on 07th December 2021 at SNHS Kittaganahalli. Students and Teachers participated in this program. Program was inaugurated by Mr. Nagarajayya, Head Master - SNHS Kittaganahalli. Displayed total 30 models, including Biology, Physics, Chemistry. Mr. Lokesh Reddy, Science Teacher spoke about the importance of science in daily life. Totally 90 Boys, 120 Girls, 11 Teachers, 5 Community members, 9 Yil Boys, 21 Yil Girls total:256 member participated.

Special Day: Conducted special day and created awareness to the students regarding the importance of the day. Given below in detail:

World Food Day: On 16th October conducted “World Food Day”. In this program created awareness about healthy food habits, types of nutrition in our food, advantages of healthy food, disease caused by the deficiency of food components, etc. On this day we conducted Essay competition for students.

National Energy Conservation Day: On 14th December 2021 celebrated National energy conservation day program at GMHPS B.A. Gudipalya. Explained about energy-related models. Program was inaugurated by Smt. Sowbhagya, H M GMHPS B.A. Gudipalya. Agastya instructor manu provided information, importance about energy and its sources. Then gave the information and practically done the task about how to maintain cleanness in our environment, how to utilize natural energy, light energy, heat energy, water, food, etc. Totally this program was very useful to the school students. Totally 37 boys, 42 Girls and 7 Teachers participated.

National Mathematics Day: On 22nd December 2021 celebrated “National Mathematics Day” at GHS Kyatsandra. The headmistress of the school Mrs. Prameela inaugurated program and spoke about Sri. Shrinivas Ramanujan. After the speech of headmistress, we gave information about Ramanujan like his life history and invention in Mathematics. After this, we explained about Ramanujan’s birthday magic square and also explained about Mathematics models which is displayed on the stage. After the program, we gave one work to students to write about Shrinivas Ramanujan and to make some simple maths low-cost models.

World Science Day: Conducted World Science Day for Peace and Development on 10th November. Created awareness about the importance of science. We also created awareness on “Building climate-ready communities” which is the theme of 2021 World Science Day. We reached a total of Boys-104, Girls-97, Teachers-12, Men-10, and Women-06 to a total of 229 members.
