Don't Let Conflict Take Their Education Too

By JACKSON AMEH | Project Leader

DON'T LET CONFLICT TAKE THEIR EDUCATION TOO.

Conflict has already taken too much from vulnerable families.

Homes have been abandoned.

Livelihoods have been disrupted.

Communities have experienced fear and uncertainty.

Children have been separated from familiar environments and routines.

For many displaced families, rebuilding life is an enormous challenge.

Must children lose their education as well?

At GoGreen, we believe the answer should be no.

A child should not have to surrender the opportunity to learn simply because violence disrupted their community.

Education can provide stability during uncertainty.

It can help children reconnect with routines, relationships, and a sense of belonging.

It can strengthen the knowledge and skills they will need as they grow.

And when combined with appropriate psychosocial and child protection support, it can contribute to children's recovery and wellbeing.

Through our GlobalGiving project, Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn, we aim to support 500 vulnerable children affected by conflict and displacement in Nasarawa State.

Our interventions will focus on helping children access schooling, essential learning materials, uniforms, and other basic educational assistance.

We have previously supported vulnerable children's education through tuition-related assistance, and we want to build on that commitment.

But reaching more children requires more people willing to stand with us.

We cannot undo every hardship these children have experienced.

We cannot erase the past.

But together, we can help prevent educational exclusion from becoming another lasting consequence of displacement.

Your contribution can help keep learning within reach for children facing difficult circumstances.

Conflict has already interrupted too much of their childhood.

Let us work together so it does not also determine their educational future.

Donate today. Help protect their right to learn.
