Let School Become Familiar Again

By JACKSON AMEH | Project Leader

Conflict introduces children to things childhood should never have to normalize.

Sudden displacement.

Uncertainty.

Loss.

Fear.

Starting over.

For children affected by crisis, even ordinary life can begin to feel unfamiliar.

That is one reason returning to education can matter so much.

A timetable.

A teacher.

A classroom.

Friends.

Homework.

The sound of lessons being taught.

These ordinary experiences can help restore structure to a childhood disrupted by extraordinary circumstances.

Sometimes recovery looks remarkably ordinary.

It looks like a child sharpening a pencil.

Opening a textbook.

Laughing with classmates.

Completing an assignment.

Returning home with something new to tell their family.

Through Every Child in Nigeria Deserves a Chance to Learn, GoGreen aims to help 500 vulnerable children affected by conflict and displacement in Nasarawa State reconnect with education.

Our support will address practical barriers to learning while incorporating psychosocial support and appropriate child protection referrals.

We cannot immediately restore everything conflict has disrupted.

But together, we can help restore some of the experiences every child deserves.

Routine.

Learning.

Friendship.

Encouragement.

Progress.

Hope.

Your donation can help make school part of a child's life again.

Not as a distant memory.

Not as something they watch other children experience.

But as somewhere they belong.

Help us make learning familiar again.

Donate today and support a child's journey back toward education, stability, and hope.
