Without being tire of exploring into the knowledge of understanding, Kole Intellectual Forum (KIFA) is making even the young men within the project to empower a girl child for self reliance to grow form the early stage to the team of professionals. The young men out of school within this area: Kole Intellectual Forum has developed them, trained them through the fund that was meant to be hiring professionals to be building of their proposed Institute of Home Economics; and within six months they were able to start the work that is at present about to be completed.
Through this engagement the project leader is able to discuss with them about the industry trends, project goals/challenges, career growth/skills, organizational vision, process improvement, beneficiaries insights, and even lighthearted personal topics among others, covering everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategy and team dynamics that put them in a better position than before.
