Staff of KIFA: Oriented in Ethical code of Conduct
Kole Intellectual Forum is a Community Based Organization, and also a non-profit as well as non-political that has operated in Uganda for the last 8 years with a clear and well written down code of conduct or of ethics; of course, a code of conduct that has set out clearly the leadership's expectations for behaviour of all the employees cross their organization in the areas of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, professional behaviour and professional competence. That particular code of conduct is assumed that: it should guide the employees work comfortable in their working environment.
However, we have also realize that that ethical code of conduct is subdivided into three sections, and it is also underpinned by the five fundamental principles of Integrity, Objectivity, professional competence and due care, Confidentiality, and Professional behaviour.
