Leisure can improve on human health behaviors
Other than negative effects on health behaviors, such as the phenomenon of "leisure sickness" where individuals become ill during weekends or vacations as well as such leisure that exposes individuals into various infections and risks; Kole Intellectual Forum is instead promoting leisure at her Institute to promote physical, mental, and social well-being of their students at all stages of life while they are at the Institute.
From it, they are expected to reduce their depression, increase on their positive mood and moderate the balance in life, establish their positive thoughts, and they should have a lower heart rate and more psychological engagement — that means, thy would have less boredom, which can help them to avoid unhealthy behaviors.
