Taking Discipline to another heights

At Kole Intellectual Forum Institute of Home Economics, Discipline is taught as a topic of one of the subjects under the course unit of child development.
In the topic, the Instructor present and discusses the ways students should conduct themselves at the Institute and not only at the Institute; but also to make it as their ways of lives at the Institute and beyond.
In the Institute, students are taught how to keep time, to respect the staff and their fellow students, and generally speaking to behavior according to standardized acceptable ways of life. How to greet people, how to use proper languages and so on and so on

Importance And Values: Weekly Tests
Weekly examinations and evaluations has been identified by Kole Intellectual Forum as a very instrument for improving learning and memory. Kole Intellectual Forum has introduced a regular evaluations to help to their learners to let them learn more over time, unlike end-of-term examinations that encourage cramming among the learners.
Although end-of-term examinations is one of the most effective instrument for improving learning and memory; weekly tests on the other hand, facilitates discussions and collaborative learning among students as they share their understanding and strategies for test preparation; teaches students how to manage their time effectively, as they learn to prioritize their study schedule and allocate time for different subjects; encourages students to actively retrieve information from memory, which strengthens learning and retention; and also alleviates the stress associated with infrequent, high-stakes exams by making testing a more regular and manageable part of the learning process.

Dear friends,
Today, I am delighted to share with you the life of KIFA (Kole Intellectual Forum) in its history of maturity as a nonprofit organization that has journeyed through different stages of development.
The nonprofit according to the Director above, he noted the organization evolved from its initial startup phases to that one of a more established, sustainable entities whereby it increases its operational efficiency, strategic clarity, and impact.
This evolution of this organization can be understood through various maturity models that the organization has gone through; beginning from startup phase that involved registration, followed by planning to implementation to project cycles that are repeated for more than seven years now on the platform of GlobalGiving alone
Our glory then as Kole Intellectual Forum today goes to the donors on the platform of GlobalGiving and than More importantly to GlobalGiving who grateful thought of forming that is helping thousands of the needy across the globe
