The Organization used its Van to transport Patient
Before the establishment of the Health Facility as Kole Intellectual Forum plans to do so at the community they are serving; the community have already started to come for help; particularly for the Institute Van that they are requesting the management to help them take their patients to the Hospital
The patient you can see sitted infornt of his house was taken to the nearby Health Center in a critical condition and at the same time brought back by the team of Kole Intellectual Forum at the state whereby he can sit by himself.
The community were very appreciative for what Kole Intellectual Forum is doing at their community; firstly to promote quality, sustainable and potentisl eduation in their community; secondly, to empower their girls through the Institute of Knowledge; and now the plan to establish a health facility.

A vehicle: identified for Ambulatory Healthcare
KIFA plans for a well-stocked & organized medical kit.
Given that: Kole Intellectual Forum has already acquired a vehicle before the plan for establishing came to be; members of Board have directed it to one component that will be used for the purpose of establishment of an ambulatory healthcare facility; and With consultation with various medical team, and with the decision on members of Board of Kole Intellectual Forum; the organization is therefore planning to establish a well-stocked & organized medical kit with 15 pieces of equipment that are necessary for equipping an ambulance; given that the board has already decided to use it for the emergency health facility. These 15 pieces of medical equipment that have been identified include:
- Stethoscope
- Blood Pressure Cuff
- Glucometer
- Pulse Oximeter
- Thermometer
- Trauma Shears
- Tourniquet
- Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Diagnostic Pen
- CPR Face Shield or Mask
- Laryngoscope
- Bag Valve Mask (BVM)
- Pocket Mask with One-Way Valve
- Dressings
- IV Start Kit
Memebers of Board have directed that: once those medical kit are acquired together with a good amount of fund to pay salaries of the medical Doctor and two nurses; then it would be possible to start-up community health facility in that paticular given area

Research on Ambulatory Care Setting

Research on Ambulatory Care Setting
Although Kole Intellecetual Forum is persistantly conducting research on one aspect to develop a strategy that can keep the lives of students in quality situation through home economics; on the other aspect, the organization is also looking at the health factors that can keep the any human home in an healthy situation; in reference to the meaning of the common saying that: when the community is healthy, the society also remains healthy with an healthy economy and healthy homestead.
An ambulatory care setting is one healthcare facility that Kole Intellectual Forum is conducting a research on. They learned that: the system can provide for outpatient services to patients who do not require admission to a hospital and it can be designed to provide timely, cost-effective, and coordinated care, focusing on preventive services and managing chronic conditions. Examples of mobile care settings that the organization has studied include clinics, urgent care centers,outpatient surgery centers, diagnostic centers, and physician offices. The research findings noted above, are still to be presented to the organizational memebers of Board for a proper decision making
