Orienting existing staff to start up: new project
Orienting the staff to start up with new project
The main purposes of the Starting up a Project process is to create an overall understanding of the project, conduct a basic investigation in the justification of the project, prepare the related content, and allow it to be used for further investigation and planning in the Initiating a Project process. That is exactly what the team of Kole Intellectual Forum and its team is doing to build up and start up a new project; that is the a project they are planning to establish by early next year, 2025.
There is high need to increase the productivity. What the organization through the opportunity cost of the already existing employees is to make sure that: the team know what to do, and they are they planning to give them the opportunity to do it to that point of achievement.
The current staff are being oriented to the new project concept…

Brainstorming for a purpose
Thinking “out-of-the-box”, Brainstorming
With the hope of generating many ideas quickly, and “out-of-the-box”, Kole Intellectual Forum tend to encourage their students into the thinking that are creative and their thinking are then discussed, merged, and refined; and, the goal of their brainstorming are meant to be a group work that can eventually make them to achieve a consensus on the final list or best approach to solving their problem.
Among other things Kole Intellectual Forum has studied is that: Brainstorming is a problem-solving activity where students build on or develop higher order thinking skills. Encourages creative thought. Brainstorming encourages students to think creatively (out of the box), encouraging all students to share their ideas, no matter how far “out there” they may seem.

Girls: Are exposed to the countryside
Exposing the students to the value: Countryside
… because of need for social amenities: most of the industries, schools, nonprofit and profit making organizations alike, including the churches and Governmental institutions tend to be built within the urban centers; making them to forget of the value of country side which are pieces of land those are far away from towns and cities. In other words, they are referred to as the rural areas, outdoors, and farmland or are places that, everyone knows each other, or places where everyone can create a strong sense of belonging and support with low cost of leisure and entertainment.
They are sometimes treated like a place where culture are valued, people, history, architecture, scenery, and the general vibe of the area, are for the common interest of each other.
Meanwhile health wise, when anyone prefers to live at the countryside, it is obvious that: his or her heart and lung is filled up with fresh air; and, according to the study conducted by a number of scholars, revealed that: the air in the countryside is cleaner than the air in the city and it has been proven that people who live in the countryside have a longer life expectancy than those who live in the towns.
