Despite our resources being severely limited and unable to meet all the basic needs of our community—such as providing clean water for our children—we have consistently strived to maintain all essential health protections and actions toward our children’s well-being. Every day, we face difficult choices, yet we refuse to compromise on the most fundamental safeguards for their health.

However, the lack of safe, accessible water remains a critical challenge. Currently, many of our children have no choice but to walk long distances into valleys to fetch water from unprotected springs, exposing them to waterborne diseases, physical exhaustion, and dangerous terrain. This daily struggle not only endangers their health but also steals time from their education and childhood.

Through your continued support, we can change this reality. With adequate resources, we will provide our children with clean, treated water stored in durable tanks installed within or near their communities. No child would need to trek into valleys again. Instead, they will have reliable access to safe water at hand—water that is free from contamination, accessible every day, and sufficient for drinking, cooking, and basic hygiene. This will dramatically reduce illnesses, improve school attendance, and restore hope.
