Hello!
This is Seung-hwan Baek from Peace Winds korea.
There are many things for last April and May.
Today, I would like to share some news about the childcare learning center.
In the last week of May, 25 children celebrated their graduation ceremony.
They have spent time here over the past 10 months.
They came out one by one wearing gowns and were awarded diplomas and medals.
Additionally, several children received "Special Awards" and recited their graduation pledges.
It was a day that could able to see the smiles of everyone.
Next semester, 22 children are scheduled to enroll.
In learning center, children don't just study tiredly.
There are some activities and events that teacher is plan to.
In April, "Career Day" was held.
They each wore clothes for their dream job and had time to explain it to their friends.
Also, teacher often make games to make learning fun for children.
For example, they played a game that had to match numbers and cups and arrage cups according to the corresponding numbers.
The children didn't know how to hold a pencil at first time.
But now, they learned to write their name, words and numbers through education at the learning center.
The teacher who works here says she is surprised every time she sees such children.
"It's been a few years since I became a daycare teacher, and now it become a part of my life. Even if I get nothing, Seeing the beautiful smiles on children's faces is a great reward for me."
That's for the April and May Update from the center!
We ask for your support and encouragement for the children.
Thank you for reading.
Best regards,
Seung-hwan Baek.
