Dear Donors,
Ganesh (name changed) is doing his second-year undergraduate in Commerce and Computer Applications in a college in Namakkal. He is a single parented boy. His father passed away two years back and the mother is sick. His elder brother took over the role of his father. He is a daily wage earner and saw that Ganesh and his 2 sisters were fed and educated.
Ganesh was rearing goats at the age of 9 and was rescued by our special school teacher in Arangoor in the year 2007. Then he was admitted to the regular school. Now he is in college. His entire family is much thankful to his special school teacher and New Life as he could continue his studies. He wants to become a bank manager and is preparing for the competitive exams too besides his regular studies. Ganesh is being financially supported by New Life consecutively for the 3rd year.
In the words of his special school teacher: "Ganesh is a calm boy. His younger sisters were motivated to continue their education on seeing Ganesh continuing his education and scoring 60% of marks in common Board Exams. I can say, he is a role model to our child labour special school children in Arangoor."
New Life is planning to give financial support to the ex-child labour children who are continuing their studies by the end of June. Applications are received from 43 children and a minimum of 25 children will be supported.
Dear Donors, all the above achievements are possible only with the donations and support you are continuously giving. We and our children are grateful to you for lighting lamps in their life. Kindly keep supporting our children. Kindly provide us with more support by spreading words about our project to your friends and relatives. Your words carry more weight.
Thanking you once again.
With regards
