Thank you so much for your contribution to our successful end-of-year campaign! Due to that success, we are able to prioritize one of our key initiatives this year - the construction of new teacher housing! Retaining talented teachers is a challenge for The SOUP given our remote, rural location. Access to quality housing is essential to retain gifted educators and ensures the success of our model school for active learning. This project will provide 10 new units of housing, three designed for families with a second bedroom, and the other seven designed as units for individual teachers with one bedroom. It is our hope these new facilities will communicate a standard of excellence in how we care for and appreciate SOUP teaching staff. The construction of new teacher housing is the highest-priority need in our Campus Master Plan and will be a cornerstone of our work in 2024. Your support has helped make this vision a reality!
Thank you for your continued belief in our programs and mission. We look forward to deepening our impact in 2024 and are grateful to have you with us every step of the way.
