We are pleased to present our 2023 Impact Report, outlining the important strides The African SOUP made last year as a result of your continued belief in our mission and organization.
Last year, we served 678 nursery and primary students, including 78 boarding students, and provided scholarships to 75 secondary students. We served 120 families through our Emma's Baby SOUP Program and helped 35 mothers start a small business! The SOUP also hosted its second active learning training conference for 200+ teachers and government officials at The SOUP School.
To bring our work to life, The SOUP produced a new video, telling the story of two SOUP students, Margret Diobo and Bwana Athanasius, who became SOUP School teachers. Their stories illustrate the heart of The SOUP’s mission and the full continuum of our programs.
These accomplishments are made possible by your interest and generous support year after year. We hope this report reinforces the tremendous difference your contributions are making.
