End Child Labor through Education and Awareness in

We are pleased to report significant progress in our initiative:

1. Establishment of Non-Formal Education Centers:
• A Non-Formal Education Center has been established in a very remote area of Kasur, where street children and child labor are prevalent. This center currently provides education to 34 children.
2. Awareness and Sensitization:
• We have been actively raising awareness among community members about the importance of education and the rights of children. This has included sensitizing elders and engaging youth to minimize child labor and ensure education for all.
3. Community Engagement:
• By involving the community, especially the youth, we are creating a support network that reinforces the value of education and helps in reducing child labor.
4. Educational Support:
• The children attending our Non-Formal Education Center require books, sitting desks, stationery, and other necessary items. We are working diligently to provide these resources to ensure a conducive learning environment.

Success Stories

One of our most inspiring stories is of the children at our Non-Formal Education Center who are now able to read and write, a significant achievement given their previous lack of access to education. Their progress has not only brought hope to their families but has also encouraged other community members to support the education initiative.

Future Plans

We aim to:

• Expand our Non-Formal Education Centers to more areas within Kasur.
• Enhance our educational programs with additional resources and digital learning tools.
• Conduct more extensive training sessions on human rights and child protection.
• Establish a mentorship program where older children can guide and support younger ones.
