In 2025, Wedu made strong progress toward its vision of enabling 1000 women leaders’ dreams across Asia through our 3 offerings of Capability, Capital, and Community.
Through our Capability pillar, we relaunched an updated and revamped Introduction to Leadership (ITL) programme. Wedu improved both program quality and accessibility- introducing a sustainable sliding-scale model while maintaining high satisfaction (NPS up to 79) and increasing completion rates. To date, ITL has reached 2,459 women, with over 90% reporting increased confidence, self-belief, and leadership agency.
Building on this foundation, Wedu co-designed a new climate-focused leadership programme, the Women Rising for Climate Resilience curriculum translated leadership into action, equipping women across 10 countries in South and Southeast Asia with the tools to design climate solutions grounded in lived realities. With a 67% completion rate, the programme demonstrates how Wedu is already enabling women to turn barriers, such as climate vulnerability, into bridges for community resilience.
Through our Capital offering, in 2025 alone, Wedu deployed over USD 209,799 through Income Sharing Agreements (ISAs), supporting 50 women (many from underserved backgrounds) to pursue education and economic mobility. By the end of December 2025, Wedu has collected over USD 93,000 in pay-it-forward contributions from the women learners, which will enable the support of over 20+ more women learners. Wedu's Income Sharing Agreement model exemplifies how women’s education and economic success fuels opportunities for others.
Through Wedu’s Community pillar, in 2025, we matched 59 mentor / mentee pairs, bringing the cumulative hours of mentoring that we have facilitated to over 91,000 hours, fostering the confidence, networks, and solidarity needed to sustain leadership. Alongside this, our career development focused skill-building clinics, and regional partnerships, including with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), continued to strengthen women’s ability to navigate care responsibilities, career pathways, and leadership challenges.
Together, these achievements show that Wedu is well on our way to enabling 1000 women leaders' dreams across Asia.
