Compagnie En Phase is a cultural non-profit organization which promotes social cohesion through hip-hop dance aimed for all, young audiences in particular, and those who are vulnerable and/or distant from the cultural offering and participates in the community life by bringing people together, creating meetings and exchanges between different audiences. Its primary purpose is therefore the search for social usefulness.
Our project is driven by a social purpose, just like our other activities throughout the year. it is a key component of the identity of our organization. Our work based on hip-hop dance aims to respond to different issues: the fight against discrimination, living together, solidarity, equality, access to culture for all.
Through this sporting and artistic practice, the young people develop know-how and interpersonal skills: this work is done with Miguel Nosibor, pedagogue and choreographer. The actions are mainly aimed at young people, they are structuring actions (1 meeting / week) which develops a collective project and creates a group spirit and weaves a social link between the families, between the organization and the families, and between the community centre and the families.
Cross-cutting priorities are developed in all the actions of the project. Young people are the target at the heart of all actions, equality between women and men because our proposals are open to all and built to be intended for all, the fight against discrimination by valuing the inhabitants of Le Charrel district during key events and by highlighting their talents, the promotion of democratic values and citizenship is in line with the values carried by En Phase and are the same as those of the
