Hope for Orphans and Physically Challenged-Liberia - #73523 under LYFT Africa on GlobalGiving, is focused on catering to the needs of orphans in rural and marginalized communities in Liberia. The project seeks to raise funds to acquire resources such as food, clothing, and educational materials.
The project is not receiving much donations because of the limited number of donors. Aside from the bonus that GlobalGiving gives, the organization is still not receiving donations from other individuals.
Core issue: Limited donor base and visibility, compounded by weak donor engagement mechanisms and suboptimal campaign optimization.
Consequences: Fewer repeat donors, lower trust signals, reduced social proof, and slower growth of the donor network beyond regular GlobalGiving bonuses.
Primary remedy: A coordinated fundraising plan that expands donor reach, builds credibility and engagement, and leverages GlobalGiving mechanisms plus external channels.
We hope to raise more awareness in the coming fundraising activity and reach out to potential donors outside of our network.
