Limited access to vocational training, hindering skill development and entrepreneurship. Persistent poverty-cycle affecting health, education, and overall community well-being. Cultural barriers often restrict women's economic participation and decision-making.
Provide intensive 6 months vocational training programs in: Tailoring and garment construction. Catering and other small scale manufacturing Equip women with professional toolkits and start up resources Offer ongoing mentorship and business development support. Foster community partnerships for job placement and market access.
Economically empowered women contributing to family income and local economy. Improved livelihoods leading to better health, education, and nutrition for families.
