Your Generosity Making A Difference In Girls
Dear PLANE Patrons
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the unwavering support you have shown toward our The "Empowering Ugandan Girls, Enriching Futures" campaign.
Thanks to your generosity and passion that has helped us to make a big impact in the lives of Ugandan girls.
With your support and donations we have been able to pay fees /tuition for five girls in day secondary school. These young girls are affected by Gender Based Violence and were experiencing challenges with fees and lunch.
We also conducted two radio talkshows to create awareness and increase knowledge and access to healthcare services.
This project campaign aims to provide sexual education, reproductive health education, mentorship, providing education scholarships and training to girls in Uganda. This initiative addresses critical issues such as teenage pregnancy, gender-based violence, and limited access to healthcare among young girls. Our goal is to impact 100 primary and secondary schools, reaching approximately 20,000 students with necessary resources and support.
We are excited to inform you that these girls appreciated you for your support and are performing well in their education journey.
As we approach the month of August when the schools break for their second term holiday , PLANE needs your continued support to ensure the success of this project. Early September these girls will be returning to school for their third term and they need your support to remain in school. Ongoing funding will be required for essential activities like buying for them scholastic items, paying for their fees, buying lunch.
