- 1 in 4 girls in Uganda gives birth before the age of 18 (UNICEF) - 25% of girls aged 15-19 have experienced sexual violence (UBOS) - Only 26% of girls have comprehensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) Statistics reveal a critical need for targeted interventions to address the vulnerabilities of Ugandan girls.
