Progress Report: Empowering Nepalese Children's Education (ProjectID:61623)

Introduction:

This report presents the progress made between the month of January to April 2025 for the project,“Empowering Nepalese Children's Education project”.The primary efforts were on providing essential support to the students of Junkiri School, including Books and stationeries, food, and clothes.

 Funds Received

During this reporting period, PA Nepal received $426.39. This money helped us cover some of the children's most basic and urgent needs.

 Allocation of Funds

The fund we received was thoughtfully used to take care of the children's most pressing needs

Books and stationeries:

A portion of the funds was used to provide books and stationery for the students of Junkiri School. Since April marks the beginning of a new academic session in Nepal, one of our most urgent needs was to ensure the children received the necessary learning materials on time. These supplies are important because they help students take part in their classes and learn better.

Food:

We make sure the children receive regular meals. Proper nutrition is important for their growth, health, and ability to focus and do well in school.

Clothing:

A part of the funds was allocated to purchase clothing like socks etc. Appropriate clothing ensures that the children are comfortable, confident, and adequately prepared for both school and daily activities.

 Challenges

Impact

 Children’s Well-being:

Giving the children books, stationery, food, and clothes has helped improve their confidence, health, and allowed them to continue their education without interruption.

CommunitySupport:

The strong support from the local community has been very helpful in running the school and taking care of the children’s daily needs.

 Looking Ahead

We hope to continue receiving support through GlobalGiving. This will help us meet the growing needs of the children. With more funding, we can give better support for their education and nutrition.

Conclusion

Despite financial challenges, PA Nepal has done its best to use the resources wisely to support the children’s most important needs. We are very thankful to GlobalGiving and all our donors for their ongoing help. Every donation makes a big difference in giving these children a better future through education.
