Introduction
This report presents the progress achieved between January and April 2026 under the project, “Empowering Nepalese Children's Education.” The main focus during this period was on extending essential support to the students of Junkiri School, which included the distribution of books and stationery, and food supplies.
Funds Received
During this reporting period, PA Nepal received NPR 10,950.07 (Rupees Ten Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and Seven Paisa Only). This generous support helped us in covering some of the children’s most basic and urgent needs.
Allocation of Funds
The funds we received were carefully utilized to address the children’s most urgent needs, and PA Nepal successfully carried out the necessary activities by also drawing on support from other available resources.
Books and Stationery
A portion of the funds was allocated to provide books and stationery for the students of Junkiri School. One of our most urgent priorities was to ensure that the children received the necessary learning materials on time. These supplies are vital as they enable students to actively participate in their classes and improve their learning outcomes.
Food
We ensured that the children received regular meals. Proper nutrition is essential for their growth, health, and ability to concentrate and perform well in school.
Challenges
Since the funds received during this period were modest, we were not able to cover all the planned activities as in some previous reporting periods. We had to rely on limited funds from alternative sources.
Impact
Children’s Well-being:
Providing books, stationery, and food supplies has boosted the children’s confidence, improved their health, and helped them continue their education without interruption.
Community Support:
The strong support from the local community has been very helpful in running and sustaining the activities despite limited resources.
Looking Ahead
Moving forward, PA Nepal aims to continue supporting the children of Junkiri School by ensuring consistent access to educational materials, nutrition, and essential care. We are committed to strengthening our programs and expanding our reach so that more children can benefit from a safe and supportive learning environment. Additionally, we plan to seek further funding opportunities and partnerships to ensure the sustainability and growth of our initiatives.
Conclusion
Despite limited financial resources during this reporting period, meaningful progress has been achieved in supporting the children’s education and well-being. The contributions received have made a significant difference in their daily lives, helping them stay in school and continue learning. PA Nepal remains deeply grateful for the continued support and looks forward to building on this progress to create a brighter and more secure future for the children.
