More than 300 vulnerable children in Western Uganda dream of going to school but lack basic supplies and fees. This project provides essential scholastic materials, uniforms, and tuition support so children from impoverished rural families can build a brighter future by accessing quality education.
Many children in rural Uganda are denied education due to abandonment, deep poverty, and early pregnancies. With limited support, they face barriers that keep them out of school. Uganda has over 2.5 million orphans-many affected by HIV/AIDS, domestic violence, poverty, and natural disasters-leaving them without the care needed to learn and thrive.
By removing financial barriers, children can attend school consistently, gain confidence, and build the skills needed to create brighter futures and break the cycle of poverty. This project will provide school fees, uniforms, shoes, and essential learning materials for 300 vulnerable rural children in Uganda.
By partnering with PLANE Uganda to support a child's education, this project will help vulnerable children gain the skills and confidence needed to become selfsufficient and active contributors to their communities. Research shows that educated youth experience better health, stability, and economic opportunities, empowering them to make informed choices and break cycles of poverty.
