Summer is here, but before we look ahead, let's look back at a spring full of energy and momentum for our programs in France, Italy and Greece.
In France, we collaborated with BNP Paribas Cardif to bring our community of former Fellows together in Paris for a truly unique event. Class reunion, career workshop and masterclass: all in one meeting! They got together, learned alongside business leaders and polished their CVs with HR professionals - proof of what trust and shared values can build.
On a beautiful April evening in Milan, 18 women from our Boost program in Italy stood before a captivated audience to present their journeys as Data Analysts, Cybersecurity Specialists or Web Developers, with courage and elegance. A Sistech alumna, now Cybersecurity Analyst, took to the stage to inspire the incoming class and encourage them to keep moving towards their dream job.
And in Greece, 14 Sistech Fellows took part in Devoxx Greece 2026, one of Europe's biggest software development conferences - confidently asserting themselves in a new country and language, alongside 1,500 developers from 30 countries. We also launched a second Pathway program in Greece, welcoming 33 new Fellows.
In three countries, one thing is clear: these women are just getting started!
