Dear Esteemed Donors, Partners , & Friends of Mordecai Care Foundation of Nigeria (MOCAFON),

We are still on our humanitarian call for a Menstrual Stress-Free for 5,000 Girls in Nigeria.

With deep concern for our communities, states, and nation, we are reaching out to seek your humanitarian support for an urgent cause affecting thousands of adolescent girls. Many young girls, especially those in marginalized communities, continue to face serious menstrual challenges that affect their dignity, education, health, and overall well-being.

Menstruation is a natural and important part of every girl’s life, yet it remains a neglected issue for many vulnerable girls who lack access to proper menstrual hygiene education and affordable sanitary materials. Since we started this project in November 2024, we have witnessed the increasing vulnerability of girls who struggle with menstrual hygiene challenges, exposing some to health risks, infections, and other related concerns.

So far, due to limited funding, our major focus has been sensitization and awareness campaigns, where we educate girls on menstrual hygiene practices, self-care, and healthy habits that can help them manage their menstrual cycle safely. We have also partnered with Great Gold Impact Foundation Nigeria to reach and sensitize more beneficiaries in different communities in 2-States of Nigeria

We have also progressed into training some girls and women on the production and use of reusable sanitary pads as a sustainable solution. However, inadequate resources have limited our ability to expand this initiative and provide the full support needed by these girls.

Our goal is to reach and support 5,000 girls with menstrual hygiene education, and access to menstrual support materials, but since inception we have only successfully reached 50. To achieve this, we are on this humanitarian call for your partnership and financial support.

Your donation will help us:

  1. Provide menstrual hygiene materials to vulnerable girls
  2. Expand awareness and education programs in communities
  3. Train more girls on menstrual hygiene quarterly
  4. Promote dignity, health, and uninterrupted education for girls

We kindly invite individuals, organizations, foundations, and well-meaning partners globally to support this life-changing initiative. You can also help by connecting us with people or organizations who share our vision of protecting the dignity and future of young girls in Nigeria.

Together, we can create a menstrual stress-free environment where no girl has to miss school, lose confidence, or compromise her health because of her menstrual cycle.

Thank you for your time, compassion, and commitment to making a difference.
