Since May 2025, Generation 7, composed of 116 girls and boys, has begun their activities at the new Mayama Center. From May to June 2025, this group has participated in a total of 26 sessions, accumulating 600 hours of educational and psychosocial care under the Mayama Educational Model, which focuses on the development of Life Skills.

Thanks to the new facilities, the children have been able to benefit from safe, functional, and well-equipped spaces such as the dining area, kitchen, play area, and classrooms, all of which contribute to strengthening their comprehensive development in a secure and dignified environment.

Generation 7 marks a significant milestone for Mayama: not only is it the first group to use the new center, but it will also be the next to graduate from the educational model in 2025. Throughout their formative process, important progress has been observed in their emotional adjustment and socio-emotional skills development. Specifically:

• More than 40% of the children have reported notable improvements in their life skills.
• In the family context, more than 70% of participating families have been assessed as functional—an essential impact indicator for the long-term sustainability of the model’s outcomes.

These achievements reaffirm the effectiveness of Mayama’s comprehensive approach and highlight the importance of providing continuous support to both children and their families, as well as ensuring adequate spaces for the full development of childhood and family well-being.
