On July 19, a closing ceremony was held as part of the Mi Comunidad program for 16 teenagers, aged between 13 and 18, who completed the Mi Futuro workshop. Over the course of 5 months, they worked on defining and structuring their life projects to build a better future from a human rights perspective. The beneficiaries shared their results and future perspectives regarding their career and professional aspirations.
The achievements of this group are evident in their current abilities to fully identify their professional interests and motivations, as well as the soft skills developed to effectively participate in the workforce.
In addition to providing life skills support to children in the program, Mayama currently supports the program's graduates with the Mi Futuro component to enhance their projection and success in identifying and formulating their life projects, allowing them to participate with fairness and equity in the social development of their environment.
