In this first quarter of the year, we have achieved the development of 190 training sessions in the My Development program with 191 girls and boys of generation 5 and 6. The sessions have been developed with a focus on the promotion of environments with greater equity and equality. The children have expressed their ideas in sketches about how they wish to transform their spaces into more equitable places, where boys and girls are respected on equal terms and are not violated because of their condition as children or their gender.
During this period, we have also been making preparations for the graduation event of 76 boys and girls of generation 5, from their four-year educational process with Mayama, which will take place on March 5 in Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. This result is the consolidation of a formative process, in which these children and their 54 families have acquired the life, social, emotional, cognitive and communicative skills that enable them to develop in the community, and the parental skills and competencies for good family functioning.
