We are thrilled to present the third progress report of our “Love Care, Educate, and Empower 40 Girls in India” project, covering the period from February 2024 to May 2024.

Our mission is to provide love, care, protection, and education to 40 girls who have faced significant challenges due to parental divorce, single parenthood, low family income, and other unfortunate circumstances. Through our project, these resilient girls are receiving a fresh opportunity to pursue their dreams and build a brighter future.

Currently, we have 40 girls enrolled in our project, spanning from first grade to graduation (including professional courses).

Twenty-seven girls reside in our BASS Children Home for Girls, where they receive comprehensive care and support.

The remaining 13 girls are studying externally, pursuing 10^th class, intermediate and professional graduation courses in fields such as Nursing and Engineering.

We are immensely proud to share that all eight of our 10^th class girls passed with flying colours, securing first division in their annual exams.

These young achievers are now enrolling in various colleges for intermediate education, specializing in subjects like accountancy, mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

Additionally, other girls excelled in their grades and have been promoted to the next class.

We welcomed 10 new girls into our children’s home this year.

The academic year 2024 has already commenced on June 12th, 2024. All our girls attend local English medium schools, commuting by school buses. They carry lunch boxes and return home in the evening, forming a close-knit family within our home.

To sustain our efforts, we urgently require  funds to cover school and college fees, bus fee,   educational materials, living expenses, food, transportation, staff salaries, and other essential costs.

Greetings from Love Care, Educate and Empower 40 Girls in India!

We are delighted to share with you the second progress report of our project from November 2023 to January 2024.

Our project aims to provide love, care, protection, and education to 40 girls who have faced various challenges and hardships in their lives due to parental divorce, single parenthood, low family income, or other unfortunate circumstances. Through our project, these girls are getting a new chance to pursue their dreams and aspirations for a brighter future.

Currently, 40 girls are enrolled in our project, ranging from first class to graduation (professional courses). 27 girls stay in our bass children home for girls, where they receive holistic care and support. The remaining 13 girls are studying outside in 10^th class, intermediate and professional graduation courses in Nursing, Engineering, and other fields.

We are very proud of the progress and achievements of our girls. They are all ready to write their year-end exams by March 2024 and they are studying well. They have shown remarkable resilience, enthusiasm, and creativity in these difficult times.

8 girls are going to appear for their 10th class exams in March and have lots of dreams to join intermediate courses that suit their interests and talents for the next academic year 2024-25.   

We are very grateful to you for your generous support and trust in our project. We have raised only $255 from 4 donors so far.

We urgently need more funds to cover the costs of school and college education fees, materials, living expenses, food, transportation, staff salaries, and other expenses.
