Help Protect & Educate Girls- BASS Children's Home

Namaste Dear Friends and Supporters,

We are delighted to share the fifth progress report for our impactful project, "Love, Care, Educate, and Empower 40 Girls in India," covering the period from October 2024 to February 2025. This initiative is dedicated to providing essential love, care, protection, and quality education to 40 resilient girls facing significant hardships, including parental divorce, single parenthood, limited family income, and other challenging circumstances. Through our unwavering commitment, these girls are gaining renewed hope and the means to pursue their aspirations, building brighter, more promising futures.

Current Project Status:

Our project supports 40 girls, ranging from first-grade students to those pursuing graduation and professional degrees. 28 girls reside at our BASS Children's Home for Girls, where they receive comprehensive care, including accommodation, meals, and emotional support. The remaining 12 girls are pursuing external studies, focusing on intermediate education and professional fields such as Nursing and Engineering.

Significant Achievements:

We are proud to report substantial academic progress. All eight girls enrolled in first-year intermediate courses in Science (Mathematics and Physics) and Commerce (CEC) are demonstrating strong performance. One girl has successfully entered a Science graduation program, while others are diligently progressing in their Nursing and Engineering studies. As we approach the final quarter of the academic year, our intermediate students are preparing for their annual examinations, scheduled to commence in the first week of March 2025. Notably, all girls, across school and college levels, are achieving excellent academic results and maintaining robust health. All the school level gilrs going to appear their annual exams During March and April 2025.  

The consistent academic achievements, reflected in their term exam results, underscore the effectiveness of our holistic support system.
